I have tried 4 times to get your plugin installed and working on my new site. I use your plugin on another site and it has always worked fine.

After installing I try to go to the settings page and it is blank. Also, there is a note in the plugins section that an email was sent to me and I need to confirm my email address. No email has ever been sent.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thank you Kevin for reaching out!

You can ignore the confirmation email, it’s not required for the plugin to work.

Regarding the blank settings page, it could be a conflict with another plugin. Do you see a loading wheel on the settings page?

Thanks Nick for your response. In the site where your plugin works I see the loading wheel.

But in the site I wrote about that isn’t working I do not see the wheel.

Okay… I suspect it’s a conflict with another plugin. Could you please temporarily disable the other plugins, and see if it fixes it?

I disabled all of the plugins that I can without removing essential info and material from the site, and it still doesn’t work. I cannot disable the other plugins I have to have in order for the site to work.

So I’ll have to change to another plugin. Thanks for the help.
