I have connected the facebook page but the chatbox doesn’t show up at all.

I see that the script is missing on the website
Please try the following steps:
1. Disconnect the page
2. Log out of Facebook
3. Log in to Facebook
4. Connect the same page
5. CTRL+F5 to reload the website and check if the widget appeared

If not, please try to paste the script between <head> amd </head> tags:
<script async=”async” src=”https://static.mobilemonkey.com/js/1123784001033340.js”></script>

Nope ?? it still isn’t working it says connected but I don’t see it anywhere

There is console error showing that website incorrectly trying to connect, pay attention to the link

Try to replace the script itself from line 5 of the source code, see
to after <title> tag line 1, see
This would ensure that the script is not a part of any other element.

You may place widget to Header.php (Theme editor).
Please try those steps and let me know if that helped

I’ve moved it, but it still doesn’t show up on the actual page. It is finally showing (and remaining) that the setup is complete. I just can’t determine why it won’t pop up on the site

The script has incorrect URL https://fitasamamabear.com/%E2%80%9Dhttps:/static.mobilemonkey.com/js/1123784001033340.js instead of just https:/static.mobilemonkey.com/js/1123784001033340.js.

Please try to paste it manually, open Appearance -> Theme Editor -> find Header.phn and paste to <head> tag https:/static.mobilemonkey.com/js/1123784001033340.js.

Please try it and let me know if that worked
