Can't get plugin to work

I’ve completed the data for the plug-in and clicked on “enable” then saved all the settings and new data, but for some reason, I can’t get the plugin to appear when I go to view my blog? I’ve also tried deleting the cookie, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Site: trafficblogcafe.com. Thanks again.
