    I am having the same problem other users experienced. I have entered my API key, API secret, and associate tag and it still says “disconnected.” I checked and I have the latest version of WordPress, and just downloaded the plugin so know I have the latest update. How can I get the plugin to connect? Thank you.

    Update: per other posts about this issue, I have continued to refresh the page to see if the disconnected message would change.
    27 hours later, it changed and says connected! Hopefully it will work OK now.

    Glad to hear that you managed to make the plugin work.

    Usually this happens when there are cache plugins enabled, flushing the cache will make the plugin to show the right API connectivity status.
