    Hi,
I am trying your restaurant order plugin for the first time. It looks very promising. I have created a partial menu but when I try to use it I get the sorry we are closed and cannot go any further. I have tried changing store hours and even having no store hours but it still appears. I noticed in your demo that this notification block does not even appear. Thank you for your help.

    UPDATE!
I figured it out. In writing out my issue the answer came to me as soon as I posted, which often happens. Needed that written out thought I guess! Thanks.

    Hello,

I’m glad you have figured it out.

I am putting some context for future readers. If you have updated the store timings and still you see the error, then most probably you have setup wrong timezone in your WordPress settings. At this moment that can be the only reason as all the timings respect the timezone settings.

Let us know if the scenario was any different in your case.

    Thanks & Regards

Thank you for your response. Yes, that was it exactly. I setup a quick wordpress and elementor in order to try your plugin and had not setup my general settings for wordpress and the site yet.

I do have another question. I have a restaurant that opens from 11:00am to 2:30pm, closes and reopens from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Is there anyway to handle this situation?

    Hello,

    Various timing settings which includes

    1. Break time in between as you have requested
    2. Closing the store on an upcoming date
    3. Different open and close time for different dates
    4. Separate times for pickup and deliver,

are planned with a premium version, but I can’t give a release date yet, as we are at very beginning stage of the development. Please stay in touch for more updates.

    Thanks & Regards,

I am still a little confused as to how the store hours work. I had my store hours set from 10:00 AM til 8:00 PM and once I set my time zone for WordPress the plugin worked fine. The plugin noted store closed after the 8:00 PM closing time.

Well, now I am trying to do some more work with it so I figured if I set my closing time to 3:00 AM (it is now 12:00 AM my time) the “store closed” indication would go away so I could do some work but it still flags up as store closed not allowing me to check my work.

I like the feature of the store being closed so no one can place an order but maybe there should be a way to cut this feature off while working within the plugin.

    Hello,

What I am guessing is you still might have set the opening hours as 10AM which is technically falls after 3AM in a particular day.

So, to keep on allowing orders, you can set a opening time of 12AM or 12:01 AM and closing time 3AM, then it should work perfectly.

Both open and close time should belongs to a particular day, and it can’t have a closing time earlier to opening time.

Hope I was clear to explain this.

    Thanks & Regards

Don’t want to be a pest but I’m having issues with the plugin combined with theme. I am using one of the most popular theme builders, Elementor Pro, with their simple Hello Theme designed to work with Elementor. If you look at the attached example you will see that the X out, + and – symbols are not showing up very well. And “Add to Cart” is in black as opposed to white. Also, the addon lists has no spacing like your demo has.

Is there a way to fix this other than figuring out special CSS code or do you happen to know the CSS that would fix it.

    Thank you,
    Julian

    Hello,

Though the plugin is supported by most of the Woocommerce enabled themes, still there will be some up and down with different themes. This kind of plugins where the frontend is involved can’t be made accurate what matches with all themes. Hope you understand.

Changes in you screenshots looks minor which can be adjusted with some css changes, which you can add in the customiser present at Food Store > Layout & Styling > Customize. Also the css added here won’t be wiped out when you update the plugin.

    Hope this helps.
