can’t get past second step

    I have followed the “Famous 5-minute install”. I cant get past step two. I enter “admin” and “%2$s” in the appropriate username and password fields. I come up with the same thing every time: “Safari can’t open the page “https://www.justtoletyouknow.com/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php?step=2” because it could not load any data from this location.”

    I have used text editor to save file and I am using fetch to post. Am I completely lost?
