Can’t get passed Processing Data Replacement

?- Switch the SQL Mode to “Mysqldump” in Duplicator Pro > Settings > Packages > Basic settings

?- Switch the Archive Engine to ZipArchive in Duplicator Pro > Settings > Packages > Basic settings

– Switch the Server Throttle to “Off“? in Duplicator Pro > Settings > Packages > Basic settings

I wish I had Duplicator Pro, only using the Free version ??

I used already the Mysqldump and ZipArchive in the test above. I believe the Free version doesn’t have the server Throttle option.

But is your answer about creating a packages or installing a package. Because my problem is with installing it.

Also, when I want to install, I get this validation message: This server’s database does not support the source site’s character set [utf8], so the installer is going to use default character [utf8mb4].

When I change utf8 in dup-archive__xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx to

"DB_CHARSET": {
"value": "utf8mb4",
"inWpConfig": true
},

it passes the validation.

The creation in Xampp is still slow. The speed is about 0.01% every 30sec around 73% completion, and this never happened with previous versions.

Still at 73%. It’s been 28 minutes now.

CPU usage it very high.

Done at 34 minutes. So, no changes in performance.

We have released a new version that fixed an issue with the database, and this could be related to your issue.

Can you please check if the latest Duplicator Lite version fixes your issue?

Didn’t change the speed. I just cancelled the installation after 30 minutes.

btw, the size of the archive file is about 500Mb. But that wasn’t a problem in the past.

I just found the problem. It turns out that the database data from a plugin called WP Mail SMTP slowed down the process. No problems anymore after removing their data from the database. I hope this will help you.
