Can't get passed 'Get Started' screen

‘400. That’s an error.
The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know.’

That pops up every time I click on ‘Get Started’. I get it, it’s a beta but it sucks when you can’t do squat with it. I would like to try it out and see what it does. Seems like everyone else is able to. I even disabled my cookies as I read in a previous review that it was preventing someone from logging in to adsense. Nothing seems to have worked yet. If someone could help, i would be grateful.
