Can't get options to show on checkout

    Ok, now seriously.

    I need some more details to figure out what’s wrong here. Please let me know:
    1. both configurations’ settings (Handling Fee, Shipping Rate, etc)
    2. weight of the cart you use for testing
    3. are you sure your test shipping address falls into country list specified for shipping?

    I see now my issue… I thought the min weight was the minimum weight for the fee to apply, but I see now that the options won’t show unless the min weight is met.

    Thanks for the details (I saw them before they have been deleted).

    Yep, min/max weight purpose is to organize order into multiple weight bands which can be handled differently.
