Can’t get notification emails from form

  • Hello and thank you all for your time and consideration. I’m not sure if this is a theme issue or just WordPress. I added a form to my website using WPforms Lite. I checked that my admin email address is correct in WordPress settings, and I followed the troubleshooting page for WPforms but I still can’t get it to work. When I test the form, it says that the message has gone through, but I don’t ever receive the email. I’ve tried two email addresses and also checked spam several times.

    I tried Ninja Forms and that also didn’t work so that’s when I switched to WPforms.

    If anyone can help me I’d appreciate it very much.

    The PopularFX Theme does not involve any email related confirgurations.

    You need to contact the respective support and they will help you resolve your issue.
