Cant get my verification code on my phone

I am unable to login to my wordpress.com account called: https://www.dumebie.com
When I changed that password, I have not received the verification code via sms. I therefore cannot login to my wordpress account. I have attempted to reset my password so many times but yet still, I have not received the verification code via sms.
I already filled out the “Account Recovery” Forum, and I have not received any feedback yet.
Please help me resolve the issue.
