Cant get my custom email to work

    Hi,
    I recently downloaded this plugin to test if it fits my requirements.
    I already have several abandonment html email templates and was hoping to just add them into the system.
    Im only able to send test emails when I use visual mode.
    For some reason however the emails dont save when I move from html to visual mode (blank box). When I return to html and then to visual the email appears.
    When I then send the test email an empty email is sent and when I reload the email after saving the added template is gone and the email content is the old one again.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    I am able to replicate the issue on our staging server. I have tried to send a test email with HTML format from the Text field of the Email Body and I have not received the test email from our site.

    Can you please drop an email on tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com email address? So we can help you to fix all your issues with our plugin.

    I sent an email to tychesoftwares at uservoice dot com, think there was a typo above.
    Please confirm that you’ve received the email.

    I apologize, but I am not able to receive your email on our ticketing system. Can you please again drop an email on tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com email address with your issue?

    We have fixed the issue of the test email which was not allowed to send a test email with HTML format from the Text field of the Email Body.

    Can you please provide your email address or can you please create on tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com? So I can provide you the modified copy of our plugin.
