    Hello,

    I’m setting up a new website for a customer and tried to register.

    I’ve made a new email account (which is working, I can send and receive emails).

    The registration of that email address worked, if I try to register again, the plugin does say “This email address has already been used”.

    But when I go to the API dashboard and supply the registered email, I get a confirmation that the email is sent, but I never receive an email to log in.
    (it is not in my spam box either)

    The email address used is woodemotions[at]4csmedia.com.

    Is there a way to reset it and then register again?

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I can see in our log files that the first mail was bounced by your server, returning a “550 No Such User Here”. After you tried again for a few times, the server each time gave us a “Not delivering to previously bounced address” message back.

    Unless your server allows us to send messages again to your specific address, I would suggest trying to register with a different email address.

    I will try a new email address then.
