Cant get Multiple accounts to show

  • Hi there, I added the recomended short code for both my instagram accounts because I would like them to show seperately, however the only one that shows is the account I imputted my API and user ID for.

    When I add both user IDs on the setup page it shows the pictures from both accounts but I would like them shown for each account seperately.

    Also will there be a follow button for both accounts?

    Hey sbarker13,

    I responded on another thread but I see that you mean multiple follow buttons for a multiple user feed. Would it be possible to take a look at the page you are having trouble with? Also, have you recently installed the plugin? If not you would need to make sure that you are using the latest version (1.4.6) of the plugin and that you have retrieved a new access token.     Hi there, I can confirm I am using the most recent version and have the new API token.

    Now do I add both tokens for both of my sites and seperate them with a comma?

    My site is https://www.prettyfitfoodie.com

    I would like to be able to add both my instagram sites as one is dedicated to fashion and the other food.

    I can only get one page to work. I attempted to use the short code but they did not work for me.

    Hey Sondra,

    No need to add both tokens, you can use the same token to display both feeds. To display a feed for each of your Instagram accounts just set the ID in the shortcode for each:

    [instagram-feed id=USER_ID_1]
[instagram-feed id=USER_ID_2]

    When viewing your site both Instagram feeds seem to be displaying successfully: screenshot 1 and screenshot 2.
