Can’t get mobile pop-up centered

This is happening on mobile and ALSO in Hustle’s “mobile Preview” (not a mobile device) as viewed on laptop.
I don’t want to publicly list the site url here since it is a development site.
Thus I’ve put the link/url along with screenshots in this google-doc:

It is showing as off-center in Hustle’s wp-admin “mobile Preview” (when viewing that on a laptop), so, that means it is not specific to the mobile device.
Both my phone and my web administrator’s phone (two different phones: one iphone, the other android) are also showing it as skewed to the right when viewing in mobile.

It seems there are some custom CSS or setting causing the problem.
