Can’t get license key – auto or manual

I tried to generate an auto key and got this:

“SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG: There is no access to add a new service.”

Then I tried to do it manually and got this:

“There is no access to add a new service.”

I have now tried to do a password reset in case there was already an account in that email. But I haven’t received it yet.
