Can't get javascript navbar to work properly?

    I’m having trouble getting my spry horizontal menu bar to work properly. I’m trying to match my wordpress theme to my website, https://c4-band.com/. I found a tutorial here that I used, and it works fine, except that the navbar is not displaying properly. I suspect it’s with the javascript for the rollover dropdown menus. My blog can be found at https://c4-band.com/blog.

    I did use wp_enqueue_script to get the script to work, and that seems to have helped. I can link the files when I get home. However, in the mean time, does anybody have any ideas?
