• I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I cannot get the plugin to work. I’m currently using User Access Manager and its simple and does what I need. However, it’s causing major issues on my VPS by being a resource hog and completely eating my CPU up. I need something else. But when I set up the Access Denied Redirect (Frontend) and then on the backend I want the user to be taken to the page that can only be accessed by a user with a specific role, it won’t take me there. I just keep getting redirected back to the WordPress Dashboard. I am using the Default user roles to cover everyone. What am I not doing? I’ve gone to the specific page and click on the Restricted box, but then I just get put in a loop with no way to access it. I seems to grant all access or no access. I need help please.

    @mkornegay2,

    Probably the best way to help you is if you could send the support message from the AAM page on your website. This way I can see on my end how did you actully defined the redirect.

    What do you mean support page? Right now I have it setup so that the Access Denied Redirect/Frontend goes to https://www.domain.com/wp-admin and the Backend goes to the page that I want to allow access to. However, when I go to the page https://wordpress-364123-1133490.cloudwaysapps.com/directory/ I’m getting a login box, but also the info that is supposed to be concealed is shown below. This doesn’t restrict this page. When I go to login, it just takes me to the WP login (why two logins?).

    I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or what combo of each function is necessary.

    I have submitted a help request through the plugin on my website and I still have not heard anything back.
