Can’t get it to show in comment section

    Hi
    Nothing shows in the comments section. Can you please help with what may be the problem as I can’t find a solution.

    Hello @greyrocket,

    You use JetPack for comments. This plugin replaces the standard comment form with its own and does not provide tools for adding additional fields to it.

    You can try to disable the comment module in Jetpack settings, after which DCO Comment Attachment should start working.

    Hi Denis.
    Thanks for your really quick answer. I have done that and it is appearing now.
    Can I ask, if I ever disable the plugin, will any images and files still be visible to visitors?

    If you disable the plugin, both the upload field and the uploaded attachments will no longer appear on the site, but they will remain available in the Media section of the admin panel.
