    Hi i reached out a couple days ago via email but not sure if my email is going through so im reaching out on here. I need help as soon as possible because i have a high traffic site and i’m getting “There has been a critical error on this website.” only on the definitions not on homepage or categories, so im trying to upgrade the plugin maybe that’ll fix it but im not able to get into my account and when i try to reset password its not recognizing my email, please help

    Please check your documents and invoices. You need the registered email address. Either to get in touch or to reset your password. I do not know who you are and I cannot verify that you are a certain account holder.

    I did and its’t not working and yes ive tried emailing {removed by moderator} with no response so this was an alternative

    Just sent another email titled “Not recognizing my email & can’t change password” i have an email from that email on 9/17/21 of you sending me my username and password so it is registered, not sure if its going to spam or something?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
