Can't get in to the site!

Same issue to me. There is an utf-8 solution on internet, that doesn’t work.

This time it was google-captcha. After disabling in database at wp_options/active_plugins ( put “a:0:{}” without quotes into option_value ) you can login and enabling all other plugins again. That works for me. Hope, that works for you, too.

I am having the same issue (and I have no technical skills at all) ??

@heatherdearing: If google-captcha in use, you can try to rename the plugin-folder temporary. May this work, too. I cannot test, because I don’t use google-captcha anymore.
