Cant get Import to work with my CSV

So, let’s start with a few questions:
– What version of WP are you running?
– Have you read the article here about imports? https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/how-to-import-csv-files-in-bd-2-1/
– Did you start with the sample file under Directory Admin->CSV Import?
– Have you tried reducing your file to a smaller size for importing in chunks? Sometimes, particularly with images that are big, the import fails because the web request times out. If you break up the file into more manageable chunks, it works better.
