Can't get image to link to PDF

I don’t usually have a problem but I cannot get the green co-op deals image to link to the PDF. the Image below will, but the first won’t.

The Co-op offers monthly sales for all customers and also for members only. Monthly sales for everyone are called C0-op Deals and theses sales run on a bi-weekly basis. Look for green and white Co-op deal signs throughout the store . Member only sales change on a monthly basis. We encourage special ordering of sale items if customers would like to purchase a large quantity of items.
