Can't get image to be emailed

What is the proper code to put?

I want uploaded images to be attached in the email when I users hit send. Below are the codes that aren’t working.

As far as I can tell I am following this blog post:

If someone could let me know I would greatly appreciate it. I made sure it was the correct files types and were well under the maximum limit.
