    Hi

    I am using your plugin and it is great but I am having an issue getting my sale prices to show in the feed. Every product now has a sale price added to the woocommerce Sale Price field. I have set the g:sale_price field to Sale Price, Sale Price incl. VAT Front End, Sale Price Rounded and System sale price and none of them seem to add the field g:sale_price to the feed, this field just doesn’t show up in my feed. Is there something that I am missing here?

    Many thanks

    Richard.

  • Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. I just checked your feed and it does show sale prices in your feed. Are we misunderstanding the issue at hand?

    Hi

    Thank you for your reply. OK, I see now that there are some g:sale_price tags in there but not on every product and I was looking at products that didn’t have them. Every product currently has a sale price in it, for example, the product with this SKU: TCDL-CFRA-BOWL-NOUD-S1LT. I have a sale price in this product but it is only showing the main price. So, why is it just showing some of the sale prices?

    Many thanks

    Richard.

    1. Perhaps your feed is not properly updating? Can you share the plugin debug.log URL so we can have a look for you? This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
    2. Are you using any (object) caching, such as Redis? That is known to cause issues with our plugin. It will cache the content of the feed so you won’t see the most updated version of the feed content;
    3. Are you using a 3th party sale/discount plugin for your sale prices? If so, which one? It might not be compatible with our plugin.

    Thanks for your reply again. I think it is probably a caching issue then. I can’t work out how to create a debug file though, I have looked at the instructions but they don’t say how to add the debug part to the end of the feed URL and I can’t see anywhere to do this?

    Hi, did you do this? “You can retrieve the plugin debug.log by going to the ‘Manage Feeds’ section of the plugin and add?&debug=true?to the URL of that page. Hit enter once you did. On top of the screen a notification header will appear”

    Christ, I have just read that again, I was looking for somewhere to add this to the feed URL on that page, not the actual page URL. I read this about 10 times without realising this! anyway, here is the link to the debug file: https://cosyowl.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/logs/debug.log

    Thanks

    Richard.

    Unfortunately, the link returns me a 403 permission error page when I open it in a browser. Can you perhaps open up permissions to this file or share the content of the file with us?
