Can't get groups to work with woocommerce subscriptions

I keep contacting woothemes and am being told the only support I can get is from the “Groups” support. I have followed all the instructions and made the Premium capabilities and such and still can’t get an actual paid subscriber to see any of the premium members only pages. Where and whom can help please?
