Can't get export to work

Using WordPress 4.5, I can’t get the export to work. It shows 0 file size. I had never tried it before so I’m not sure if it’s an incompatibility with WordPress 4.5 or with another plugin or a bug. I’ve tried CSV and XML and no data shows up.
