I’ve followed all the proper steps to try and get this working and does not seem to be working. Here is the site. I am trying to track that Register Now button at the top. This theme is adding a class to the “li” that I need to track and not to the anchor tag itself.

Here is the website I am referring to: congress.ons.org.

Any help as to why I can’t get this tracking would be helpful.

Can you check the Universal Tracking code checkbox in the admin page and try again?

Thanks for the proper response. I really want to use this as it is one of the few google analytics plugins that is made specifically for events. Let me try this and I will follow up again. Here is the mark up I am trying to work on. I want the click to be tracked but the class I need to track is on the li . Not sure if it matters:

    <li id=”menu-item-4168″ class=”register-now menu-item menu-item-type-custom menu-item-object-custom menu-item-4168″>Register Now
