    Hi Lawrence,

Have you also switched the setting on the options tab?

    Hi Lawrence,

Sorry that we lost track of this support request. Are you still having trouble with this feature? Is there any error message? Are the settings on the Email tab correctly set for your hosting company?

    Yes, still having problems.
Settings are correct – using same on other programs with email integration and they work fine. Any clues?

BTW is there a way to manually “enter” the last updated date. The plug-in currently automatically uses the actual date and time of the change, but in our case we enter the status retrospectively so we’d like to put in a different data/time. We’d like to do this from the excel import. I tried to use a custom field but custom fields don’t appear in the order status table so there’s no history associated with changes.

    Hi Lawrence,

There’s not currently a way to add the datetime of a status, thanks for the feature suggestion. In the other programs, are there any other fields that they require?
