Can’t get Disqus to appear in new posts

I recently recreated the site using a restore of a QA site and removed the old site. I put in the API key but new posts aren’t loading DISQUS at the end. Previous posts seem to still have the original comments but not new ones. Not sure what’s the best solution on this one. I guess given what we did, what’s the basic steps to reconfigure?
