Can’t get devs to contact – bought plugin but link expired

    Hi, I am a dev using this plugin for a big client (famous band). The client bought a number of premium plugins, sent me the emails to download, but the links had expired by then (48 hours only? really). A number of support message have gone unanswered, for days. Maybe they will see it here. I need those plugins, they are paid for.

    I just found a submission in the spam folder. It bounced with the following error from Gmail. Maybe it’s not relevant but I thought of mentioning it:

    
Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=alfonsocapella.com type=MX: Host not found, try again

    You may want to check and make sure that domain’s email system is working correctly before using it to contact.
