cant get cropped product thumbnail (1:1) on shop page

  • hi
    it suddenly started uncropped thumbnail images.
    -i tried deactivating all plugins
    -tried regenerating thumbnails
    -cleared cache
    when i changed the theme it works fine.
    so its a theme issue i think
    plz help

    Thanks for reaching us,

    It seems to be an issue with the theme and developer have already been assigned the task. Once it is fixed from our end we will be releasing a theme update which will fix the issue after updating the theme.
