can’t get chat window to close, fade, etc

It seems that even the official demo doesn’t work properly.

I tested in multiple desktop browsers, as well as on mobile and apparently you can’t minimize the popups at all.

yeah i agree there is a problem with close the window, function hide in setup also not working, this is something wrong with CSS files. I think we have to wait for fix!

Now it stays closed until clicked on but delay of 10 seconds not working and also have set to fade so not sure if that works or not. It doesn’t fade once I click to open chat window. My site

FB fixed this bug, you can now close the chat icon as before. Closing this as a result.
