Cant get blog page to work

I have a wordpress site that I’m developing.
The home page is https://www.simonstownguesthouse.co.za, and I need the blog posts to be displayed at https://www.simonstownguesthouse.co.za/blog.
This is my first wordpress site so I am very confused about how i can do this.
I am using index.php for my pages. I have tried reading up about this, but Im jsut not getting it.
