Can’t get back to admin panel

HELP!

I made a mistake trying to redirect the frontpage of a new site I’m working on to a page other than the blog. (Something I still want to do in the future, but may have to go about differently, I believe.) But anyway, I changed the “WordPress URI” in the admin panel to the address of one of the Pages within WP, and now EVERYTHING comes up thinking that the admin panel is somewhere in a /?pageid=2/ directory. I switched it back, and it still showed up wrong. All styling is gone, as it thinks the stylesheet is now under the non-existant ?pageid=2 directory.

And now I can’t even get back to the admin panel to try to fix it.
