Can’t get author theme to import

Hello,

I can’t get the author theme to import. It gets to about 50% of importing the contents and then it says “something went wrong, contact support.” Consider this me contacting support as none of the themes I’ve bought actually work and I’m getting pretty frustrated. Thanks!
