Can’t get anyone for support. Help!

I first opened a ticket after I purchased a premium subscription but didn’t get license keys for any of the add-ons and can’t find where to enter the main plug-in license key. That was a few days ago and I want to get rid of the error about licenses.
I opened another ticket today because the settings say to sign up on openshare.com but when I click the sign up button on their site I get an internal error. I tried contacting them, but their contact form is broken. I tried visiting the link to their Twitter account and their account has been suspended. So what do I do for share counts if the old sharedcount service doesn’t work and openshare is MIA?
I really like this plug-in, but if support doesn’t respond it won’t be worth the money. Can anyone here help me?
