• I used the File Manager version of the app and all worked fine. I then upgraded to the File Manager Pro. Very quickly I ran into a problem where the WP dashboard slowed almost to a stop (minutes for responses). My Service provider determined that exception errors were being thrown. I deactivated the Pro version and everything went back to normal. I realize this may not be the fault of this plug-in but may be a collision with another that is at fault. But I wanted to start with this plug-in.

    As part of my purchase of Pro, I had several month of free support. So I tried contacting the author thru their support link, and via several email addresses they have on their site. I sent emails multiple times. I never got a response.

    This was further complicated by the fact when I purchased Pro I was supposed to have gotten an account and login credentials – I didn’t – so I couldn’t even get into some of the support features.

    As a result of this very poor support (nonexistent) and the fact the Pro version I paid for doesn’t work, I have to give a very poor rating.
