cant get admin after changing url in WP security

  • Hi.
    First post but will keep it brief.

    Used WP Security to do the following-changed url,generate secret key and hid backend.
    However tried to get back into admin, and it redirect me to the url l set up in wp security. have tried https://www.forexrabbit.co.uk/admin/?secret but no luck, just comes up with my website header but the body reads Not Found!

    The “Slug” I have set up in wp security are login,admin and register.

    my host id 1&1.

    please help as thinking of deleting and starting from stratch.
