For the location you’re trying to have them show up in, is that in the admin and the achievement editor screen? or somewhere else?

    Thank you Michael,

I am just trying to hit update on an few badges after enabling the credly integration globally so it is for a specific badge. As I understood in the tutorial video, once I hit update the credly ID is placed in the text box at the bottom of the page. This isn’t happening even though there are no errors on the global settings page.

    Hi Michael,

Here is a folder with some screen shots. One is showing how the Credly ID Badge window is broken and the other shows no errors on the global settings screen.

Curious if you need to use the category search part as well, to find the intended remote achievement. I’m not as well versed in the Credly integration as I perhaps should be.

The tutorial video does not show this as a need but you know how video tutorials go….

I have created a few categories on my credly account but it isn’t currently showing up in the menu when I search categories.

It feels like it is not connected even though there is no error…

    Thanks again.

You mention it may be a connection issue between the install and credly. I feel like this is my problem. I am using a free host so what are my options to establish this is the problem?

I can input an API but it seems like I am only tricking the install not actually connecting.

When I try to use he username/password login – it says no connection to host.

    Any suggestions?

I figured it out. My freehosting plan did not allow for outbound connections.

Interesting. Good to hear that you managed to figure it out. Wish I could have been a bit better for help though. We’re good to go though ??

Let us know if you have any other questions or issues.
