Can’t format recent comments

Hi. Hope this is the right forum. As you can tell newbie here!

I’m working on a draft for a website I migrated over from wp.com. I can’t format the recent comments to the style I want. Doesn’t seem like Elementor Pro allows that. Is there anyway to do this?

Hosting: SG.
Plugins: Woo, patreon and Generatepress premium.
