• Good Morning,
my site is giving error 500. I wasn’t even able to enter the backoffice, I had to create a new .htaccess to be able to access it.
I already deleted the plugins, I tried all the processes I found online and nothing helped.
Even error_log gives error 500, I can’t even see what the problem is.
This site has several customer subdomains and nothing works. What can I do to makeit work?

it is very urgent please help ??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello!

Right now, I’m able to access the site just fine. Were you able to resolve it?

In cases like these, the quickest way to get it online would be to restore a working backup of your site. Provided, if your web host keeps one.

A new plugin or theme could have led to this error, or an issue at your web host’s end. Usually, best to contact them if you want to dig deeper once the site is online again.
