Can′t finish the assistant

    I can finish all steps in the assistant, but I can′t finish the process. The plugin tries to redirect and after some seconds there comes an error “Error: redirect error”.

    This I see in the tasks section:

    JavaScript errors are detected in the front end of your website. This can affect the functionality of the cookie banner.
    Last error in the console:
    TypeError: _hex_is_null in line 1 of https: // bio-kaffee-shop_com / wp-content / plugins / complianz-gdpr / assets / js / complianz_min_js

    @andypi Please try to deactivate other plugins to see if any of those is conflicting with Complianz. It sounds as if you have a plugin conflict.

    Please try to save the settings in the cookiebanner.

    Are you using a minifier, or plugin like “Asset Cleanup”? The above error “hex is null” sounds like this thread:

    I tried different seetings and also themes – nothing helps.
    I don′t use a minifier or plugins like “Asset Cleanup”.

    I can’t find the error, or Complianz anymore on your website.

    I do see an error in the console; just FYI:

    @aahulsebos I spent 4 – 5 hours yesterday to get the plugin running. It still doesn′t work, so I had to install another plugin. I have the Complianz on two other websites with no problem. They are on another webspace. So my idea is, that the server configuration is the reason.
