I have a brand new install of WordPress with Woocommerce. I have one product created and a venue linked to the ticket product.

When I go to create the Event, I don’t have these options on the right hand side:

Visibility – determines who can see the showing, and where it appears.
Venue – the “Venue” in which the showing is taking place.
Area / Price – the “Event Area” and accompanying ticket price for the event

I tried deleting and recreating the event, now that the Venue and the product are all set up.

Any idea why those options might not appear in the Event setup?

    Thanks!

Hey @maggii . Based on what you are describing, it seems like there may be a javascript error preventing the rest of the javascript from running. Do you have any other plugins installed, other than WooCommerce? Also, what theme are you using, because that could be causing a javascript error too.

That is a shot in the dark really, without more information. There is other information that could help track this issue down. In the latest version, 1.8.3, if you goto your admin, browse to OpenTickets -> System Status, and click the ‘Show Report’ button near the top of the page, a text box will appear with a bunch of information in it. Please copy the entire contents of that box and paste it here. That should provide enough information to give me a better idea of what is going on, and hopefully provide me with enough insight to help your through it.

Update: I’ve now tried the plugin on 2 other themes and tried a fresh install (WP) as well. Can’t get events to stick and my “add events” page has no “Add to calendar” button as described in your instructions for setting up an event. Please help, as we really want to make this work.

    Cheers,

@freshground we don’t see anything from the feedback. Could we possibly do an online meeting and screen share to see what you are seeing? If you send email to [email protected] perhaps we can help you figure this out.

Mine is resolved, it was a user error. I was expecting to see the options on the right hand side of the event screen. Once I clicked on the correct event link, I was able to finish.

    Thanks so much for responding!!
