Can't Find WP_Filebase Button In Visual Editor

I can’t find the WP-Filebase button in visual editor of WordPress. Right now, whenever I want to attach a file to a post, I must firstly add a new file to WPFB, and then create a new post, then write the post ID in WP-filebase, and then publish the post. This is time-consuming. I would like to have a button in the post editor for attaching a file from remote URL, or to have a feature in new file form of WPFB, so to create the post at the same time with the file. Is there a way I can create the post together with the attachment, or I always have to create new downloads seperately from new posts? Right now, If I create a “download” without a post, it will not be searchable in WP. If I create the “download” with a “post”, I have to fill in two forms: new download form, and new post form. I hope I could explain clearly.
