Can’t find where to edit my header

Hello,
I have a client who wants me to make some changes to his site. I tried to talk him into changing the whole theme to a responsive theme, but he loves his mobile website and for now he just wants me to update what he has. Anyway, the name of the theme is Tasty Place by Premopress. Unfortunately it looks like they are no longer in business.

My client has added another location and he wants me to put both locations with their address and phone number in the header. I’ve looked everywhere in the Tasty Place options, but can’t find anything. The only thing i can find is where to change the logo.
