Can't find where code was placed

    You can simply deactivate and delete the plugin from your plugins page. Any code added by this will go.
    If you’re using a caching plugin, you will need to remove that as well.

    Thank you for responding. I do have a caching plugin. Can I just uninstall and reinstall it?

    Sorry, I didn’t mean remove the caching plugin. I meant delete the cache of the plugin.
