Can’t find way to activate Google Cloud Messaging in Google Developer Console

    Hi guys, I am trying to follow the instructions here:
    https://www.pushengage.com/blog/why-use-gcm-with-push-notifications/

    But number 3 doesn’t match what’s shown on on my Google Developer Console. I don’t see a way to “enable” Google Cloud Message as part of my account.

    The link on Google’s API library opens a new window with documentation but I don’t see an enable button anywhere.
