Can’t find user for hosting

    Hi !

    My organization owns about 3400 users
    so when i try to add a host to a meeting, i have only a few users
    Is there a way to see all of them ?
    Or a way to do it manually with their id or email ?
    Because i only need one host for all my meetings

    Thank you for reaching out! Sorry for the delayed reply.

    Zoom API returns max 300 string during 1 API call so it is impossible to show all your users in the dropdown users list, we are planning to add search option in the future updates.

    If you need only 1 person to be host for all meetings, you can connect this person’s Zoom account with the plugin instead of company Zoom account.
