I’m trying to back up a couple of sites, but I get the error:
Backup error: PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : File ‘/var/sites/f/…../wp-content/uploads’ does not exist, task id: wpvivid-6184229686129, Please switch to Website Info page to send us the debug information.

I’ve tried it on 2 sites, same error. Any ideas?

    Hello @dv1961

This error occurs because of insufficient file permissions.?

Please make sure the files in the wp-content/uploads?directory have sufficient permissions to be backed up.

It turns out I can’t upload new media either. I used wpvivid to migrate 2 sites from one server to another. WP File Manager reckons the uploads folder has read and write permissions. Can you adivse how to fix this?
    Thanks

    Hi @dv1961

You can check your website file permissions from the Site Health page. See this example screenshot.

Normally you can use an FTP client to change the file permissions. However, if you are not able to do that or the file permissions are already writable, you can reach out to your web host and see if there are any settings on the server side that may cause the uploading issue.
